·       Full PMO planning:

·       Create a plan

·       Coordinate resources

·       Follow different tracks

·       Manage the vendor.

·       Hold vendor to account

·       Strong, hold people to benchmark commitments.

·       Negotiate and commit to deliverables.

·       Keep the project on plan

Maintain:

·       Budget

·       Project plan

·       Reporting

·       Escalation reporting

Experience working with an international vendor based in India would be a big plus.
