Detailed Job Description: The Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Administrator will be part of the Identity & Access Management Run Team within the Corporate Cyber Security Division. The candidate will be responsible for OIM administration, including application on-boarding, account reconciliations, job monitoring, release deployments user & system account provisioning and entitlement setup. Handle requests and incident through ticketing queues within ServiceNow. Complete user stories assigned to an iteration within Rally. Candidate must exhibit the ability to identify risks, work out possible solutions with internal clients and Lines of Businesses. They are encouraged to handle tasks assigned to them with little or no supervision while escalating to Scrum Master and Product Owner as necessary. We will drive compliance and security within Truist, which will help ensure only the right people have the appropriate access for the right reasons. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding applications to OIM.
  • Off-boarding application from OIM.
  • Handling incidents and support requests within our SLA.
  • Respond to requests from audit with direction from management.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation.
  • Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.

Qualifications:

  • 2 -5 years of OIM administrator experience. Development background a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Service Now, Active Directory, RACF, SQL Oracle and SQL Server, CyberArk, Rally, SOA, Web Logic and other infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, establish credibility, and working relationship within ART, division and Lines of Business to ensure a shared, positive outcome.
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, ability to execute process, and follow through on tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to connect with all partners, to include leadership, system engineers and end users

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
