Complete Description:
The needed resource will be responsible for supporting an Application Development team of an estimated 12 developers. The development team is responsible for developing in house applications pertaining to Iowa Workforce Development processes.
This resource will be responsible for the database infrastructure, installing and updating patches, backups, and automation. The DBA/Systems Programmer will perform traditional DBA tasks as well as modifying table structures and performing data modeling.
The consultant will work independently as the only DBA supporting the development team, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
