Expert Programmer:

84 months experience in the area of

a) public health data management OR

b) medical or healthcare informatics OR

c) implementation of health care, public health information or electronic health record systems.

84 months experience using SAS technologies (e.g., Base SAS, SAS/Macros, Enterprise Guide) on both Windows and Unix operating systems.

SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9.

SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9.

84 Months experience with relational and multi-dimensional databases and data management tools.

Bachelor’s Degree in public health, epidemiology, medical informatics, information systems, or computer science from an accredited institution.

36 months of experience in supporting public sector government IT projects.
