Job description/ Responsibilities to Include:

·         Lead internal/external customer including vendors/users and various business units in the development of use cases enabling the technical team to deliver appropriate solutions supporting real-time capabilities.

·         Conduct detailed analysis and make recommendations for process improvements.

·         Coordinate data transmission process with end users, ITG, and vendors.

·         Conduct testing on data for the releases.

·         Support the technical leadership in successful multi-vendor project development teams.

·         Facilitation and oversight of vendor meetings, requirement review /sign-off Responsible for ensuring all program activities and artifacts are completed and maintained with overall project activities.

·         Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.

 

Business Skills REQUIRED:

·         Minimum 5 - 7 years eBusiness, health information technology and project experience

·         Minimum 4 years business process design and business system design

 

Education Requirements:

·         Masters degree or equivalent work experience is required 

This position is also responsible for adhering to requirement and testing policies and procedures that have been defined for the organization. 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration with 3 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 5 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis 
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills 
• PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office 
• Experience with multiple full lifecycle software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle 
• Experience in documenting system/project requirements 
• Experience in developing test plans 
• Experience in using requirements management tools 
• Experience with business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various methodologies/frameworks 
• Knowledge of facilitation process or Facilitation and leadership skills 
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously 
• Experience composing summaries 
• Analyze existing predictive modeling/stratification/outreach team processes and data to recommend and/or implement process improvements & automation where possible 
• Work with clinicians to gather requirements, design, modify or develop outreach and other operational reports 
• Support external business groups by addressing questions, requests and issues related to outreach and outreach reports 
• Perform extensive member claims & outreach data analysis to define, test and create data extracts, loads, and transformations. 
• Create ad-hoc query based reports
