ROLE: Experience in Sales Program development. Strong analytical skills and ability to interact with sales teams globally. Role will involve analyzing a sales program to determine why it is being used, whether the current program processes best meet sales and finance needs, and to make recommendations on how to move forward. This role will help determine/assess if additional financial controls are needed in the process. Analyze processes, recommend changes. Help identify what might be "broken" in a process and make recommendations for changes to "fix it."
Try and Buy Program Objectives: Management does not have a strategy or objectives for the Try and Buy program. As a result, operational results may not align with Sales objectives.
Action Plans to include:
1. Establish Try and Buy program objectives and implement a process to monitor achievement of the objectives.
2. Evaluate the current Try and Buy program operations:
• Capture business requirements from each business unit to understand the requirement to restrict products, evaluate the opportunity to mandate the eGenie flag and implement systematic enforcement in downstream systems.
• Contact participating Product Managers to review their product’s performance and their FY15 goals to determine how the Try and Buy program could help achieve the goals.
• Develop a strategy to engage with Product Managers not using Try and Buy and analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve the program and increase usage.
