Requires strong Documentum skills for a Tech lead Role. Documentum Operations and Maintenance project that involves Incident coordination, communication, root cause analysis, and incident resolution for applications incidents. Restoration of application and system function, Defect recognition, analysis, tracking and coordination, root cause analysis, code fixes, and resolution for applications defects, Customer ticket Tier 2 and Tier 3 tracking and coordination, analysis, issue trending, and customer response, Release and configuration coordination. 

Mandatory skills: Documentum 

Good to have skills: Filenet, Other CMS
