Complete Description:

The Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), which the central technology organization of the District of Columbia Government is seeking a Senior HelpDesk Technician with Messaging and Directory Services background in the Citywide Messaging department. 

The Junior Exchange Administrator will be responsible for delivering Microsoft Exchange support to DC Government employees. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of IT enterprise support experience, with 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange in an enterprise environment. This candidate should possess a solid working knowledge of enterprise messaging environments including but not limited to AD, LDAP, Google Apps, Exchange 2007/2013, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and GOOD for Enterprise MDM and Air-Watch.
