Short Description: Provide expert level SharePoint design, development, upgrades, and support of Legislative action.

Complete Description:  Years of Relevant Experience: 12 to 20 years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study or advanced degree

Project Management experience
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
Works well with IT and functional areas
Designs architecture for an organization on an enterprise level

-Mastery of Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
-SharePoint development experience using .Net, Windows Web Services where SP is mining data from Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, etc and displaying reports 
-Experience with developing and implementing advanced workflows and forms 
-Development experience using MS SQL
-Microsoft CRM experience a plus 
-Work experience in programming MS-Office applications (Excel, Access, macros & VBA)
-Able to import & link data from different sources (text files, ODBC, FTP etc.)
-Exposure to web technologies Intranet / Internet (IIS, ASP, HTML, VBScript, Java Script)
-Familiar with database design concepts (able to analyze & design a relational database structure)
-Ability to work directly with internal customers/project owners
