Perform support of Access reporting systems, specifically Total Recall reporting and data manipulations.  Maintain data reporting environment is support of business needs.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Investigate errors, diagnose problems and develop solutions for Total Recall, stored procedures, and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute End of Month reports using scripts, reports, and existing documentation
  • Modify Existing and develop additional Stored Procedures, SSRS or Crystal Report per Business Requests
  • Generate Customer specific reports and deliver reports via file share site
  • Manage report subscriptions
  • Perform peer review and validation of reports and stored procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Create functional design document, procedures, and templates for team and end users. 
  • Publish reports in Visual Studio

Secondary Functions:

  • Participate in enterprise projects lending specific subject expertise
  • Lead small projects either as the sole contributor or with other team members
  • Liaison with other groups within Shared Services (Accounting/Compliance/etc) on company initiatives
  • Participate in development of test plans for business systems
  • Participate in planning of integration of acquired companies
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Travel up to 50% of time as needed primarily on acquisitions
  • Other duties/projects as assigned by Supervisor.

 
Required Skills:

  • College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years' experience with Total Recall or competitive product
  • 5 years with Microsoft SQL and reporting tools
  • ITIL Certification – preferred not required
  • Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • Total Recall experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Extreme attention to detail, organization and deadlines.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements for the Position:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher or Foreign Equivalent in a related field of Study is required with related experience.
