Complete Description:  - Supporting the management of the RMG portfolio of projects to include:
o ensuring timely status reports from project leads and managers, 
o ensuring compliance with RMG portfolio management practices and procedures, 
o serving as the risk & issue coordinator for the portfolio
o training project leads and managers on RMG and VITA work plan processes and procedures
o performing quality assurance on new project proposals
o coordinating with the VITA Work Plan team to ensure alignment between the RMG and VITA work plans
- Supporting RMG business process management (BPM) to include: 
o Leading business process development and/or improvement efforts
o Maintaining the RMG BPM resource center
o Working with the VITA BPM team to ensure alignment between the RMG and VITA process libraries
o Performing quality assurance on RMG business process documentation prior to submission to the VITA PBM process 
- Planning and scheduling to include meeting coordination and logistics, project schedule development and updates, tactical plan updates
- Supporting the development and implementation of the CRM Strategy
- SharePoint site development and maintenance and SharePoint list and document library maintenance 
- Division records management

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Requires:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Expertise in MS Office Professional product suite, MS Project, MS Visio
• Expertise in MS SharePoint to include site development 
• Experience as a program coordinator
• Experience developing and documenting business processes and procedures including development of process flows and narratives and facilitating requirements definition work sessions
• Experience with one or more process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean)
• Experience working across organizational boundaries and with diverse stakeholders. 
Preferred: 
• Experience with one or more CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
• Broad business analyst experience
• Previous experience working in a Commonwealth agency
• Familiarity with CRM concepts in a context similar to VITA (i.e., our primary customers are agencies)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• BPM or BA certification
