SAP SD/WM Functional Analyst

MUST HAVE:

·         BA/BS Degree (Major: computer science, information systems, mathematics or related functional field)

·         5+ years of functional experience with SAP SD/WM.

·         Exposure/Understanding of the technical aspects of SAP; enough to direct development resources as required.

·         Experienced, higher-than-average knowledge of typical business processes and how they are supported by SAP.  Must possess deep analytical skills and superior business acumen.  Must be able to offer constructive feedback to the business and other areas within the SAP Team

·         Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.  Must have command of English as a first or second language; sufficient for telephone team communications, consulting, email, training, and documentation.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Able to demonstrate quick learning on the job.   An active team player with a keen and open mind to acquire new functional and process knowledge

·         Excellent time management skills with leadership potential. Ability to create plans and timelines and execute the plan successfully to complete assigned work with team members.

·         Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities

·         High degree of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

NICE TO HAVE:

·         Experience working in a commercial discrete manufacturing environment

·         Have an understanding of US business processes with some exposure to non-US operating standards
