SAP BASIS Analyst

MUST HAVE:

·         BA/BS Degree (Major: computer science, information systems, mathematics or related field)

·         5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS. 

·         Some knowledge of business processes and SAP functional capabilities; enough to question or advise functional resources as required.

·         Experienced, higher-than-average knowledge of SAP technology and interface tools / technology to support typical bolt-on applications.  Must possess deep technical skills and superior understanding of technical tools both within and outside of SAP.  Must be able to offer constructive feedback to the functional areas within the SAP Team.

·         Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.  Must have command of English as a first or second language; sufficient for telephone team communications, consulting, email, training, and documentation.

·         Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Able to demonstrate quick learning on the job.   An active team player with a keen and open mind to acquire new functional and process knowledge

·         Excellent time management skills with leadership potential. Ability to create plans and timelines and execute the plan successfully to complete assigned work with team members.

·         Demonstrated capacity to effectively manage multiple and frequently changing priorities

·         High degree of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
