Roles:

 ·         Must have 10+ years of software development experience with financial services applications and formal education with experience in Computer Information systems (or related field) and customer service.

·         Passion for application scalability, availability and performance.

·         In depth experience and knowledge of performance analysis tools, techniques and benchmarking.

·         Experience with desktop web application and mobile performance tuning.

·         An excellent understanding of complex concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.

·         Ability to diagnose complex problems and deliver analysis of root causes.

·         Expertise in innovation and the ability to think strategically about how to advance business-led solutions.

·         Proven ability to build strong, cohesive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

·         Strong sense of prioritization and execution against critical deliverables, coupled with a sense of personal ownership for key projects / issue resolution.

Education Requirements for the Position

The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
