Job Description                     :

·         6+ yrs of experience in Test Management, Test Strategy, Test Planning and Test Execution

·         Experience in Onsite/Offshore co-ordination

·         Should have lead team of 5 or more people

·         Strong Telecom / Cable Industry Domain skills

·         Very Good communication

·         Good Stakeholder Management skills

·         Experience in Defect management tool like ALM

·         To understand the client requirement, interface with all stakeholders, create the Testing strategy, coordinate with the Offshore team for testing, report back to the client, handle escalations, and deliver the project with the required quality, on time.
