We’re not looking for a QA or a Tester, this is a HP ALM Consultant (Architect / Engineer) whose purpose is to gather requirements, re-design, architect and engineer a reconstructed HP ALM tool supporting the FEP Operations Center Business Analysts and Functional & Automated Testers within a revised framework of software development (Agile / Scrum / Continues Integration, DevOps, IaaS etc.). Here is the big clue; this consultant is working with the Requirements Process & Tools teamnot the Testing team. They have to keep all of the players in the SDLC in mind, but the push and the project is coming from Requirements.
