Short Description:  Please read these two positions carefully - they are different.  These people will be working with more senior resources to assist them with the tasks.  This is more of a junior BA position.

Complete Description:  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Performs tasks with increasing complexity and tasks requiring detailed analysis and research.  Creativity and independent decision making is required.  Reports to OCIO Business Services Division Administrator.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Develop, document, and manage the IT business processes associated with internal audit of OCIO financial transactions.
Develop, document, and manage the IowaGrants reimbursement processes for the OCIO including evaluation of information technology reimbursement requests..
Develop, document, and manage the OCIO IT budget process and work with business services team members in loading IT budgets into State budget system and OCIO rate system
Reengineer the Information Technology business processes related to the business services division
Process, monitor, and track IT financial transactions of the OCIO.
Analyze the IT business, budget and financial trends in the OCIO 
Create and deliver reports to OCIO management on the  IT business, budget, and financial trends of the OCIO

Possess strong communications skills
Able to work on multiple concurrent projects
Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against assigned project due dates, and identification and suggested resolution for issues having a potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project.
Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.
Shall adhere to OCIO work rules.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5 years relevant experience or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, technology, or related field plus 2 years relevant experience or post-graduate degree in related field.  Experience with enterprise financial management systems (CGI Advantage Financial prefered).  Government experience recommended.
