Role – Data Analysts using Big Data technologies

Responsibilities

1. Ingest the data using big data tools like sqoop, flume in Hadoop
2. Perform data analysis tasks like data cleansing, preparation etc.
3. Visualize the data using tools like Zeppelin for getting better understanding of the data
4. Work with domain experts on the analytics use cases
5. Implement the machine learning algorithms and discuss the results with domain expert
6. Tune the model for good results

Expertise

1. 6+ years of experience in Data
2. Good understanding of Hadoop, Spark, SparkML, Hive
3. Good understanding of Python
4. Knowledge of various tools used for data analysis like Jupyter, Zeppelin etc
5. Knowledge of Hadoop deployment is a plus
