A New Hire Onboarding Enhancements (Buddy) is the Implementation of Buddy Functionality to assign a Buddy to the Incoming Employee. A good Buddy is a critical component to helping a new employee to become productive more quickly by helping with the operational training (using email, where office supplies are located, etc.) and becoming familiar with the company culture. A Real Time Notifications (RTN) are also implemented to inform Managers, Buddy and to the Incoming Employees about the Buddy Assignment.
