Compiled data, computed fees and charges, and prepared invoices for billing purposes. I was also responsible for receiving payments, posting them to customer accounts, and going through proper process to collect on delinquent accounts. The preparation of itemized statements, bills, invoices was justified by manual calculation. Customers were contacted in order to obtain or relay account information in regard to any discrepancies.
