- Answer helpdesk phone (during and outside of normal business hours) to support technology problems as they relate to FMS, Portal, Infonet and scheduled batch processes.
- Respond to helpdesk requests submitted via an internal Helpdesk system and resolve Helpdesk requests in a timely, appropriate, and professional manner.
- Respond to batch process issues and resolve them on timely manner. Validate batch run status daily, re - run the failed process and document the outcome regularly.
