Confidential,is an online system which processes vehicle claims submitted by Toyota dealers. The vehicle claims are submitted via web interface or via web service. The claim is evaluated against various rules and is approved or not approved. Also recovery transactions are executed for approved claims with TMC, Japan. There are also many batch processes that run in the background for integration with legacy, private distributors and other external systems.

The RFC’s (request for change) must be impact analyzed, estimated, planned, developed with quality and timeliness, unit tested and delivered to client testing. Support must be provided till the RFC is moved to production.
