• Worked on the development team for the Service Quality Management SQM project which is a very flexible system working together with VitalNet/VitalArt/Mediation in collecting dynamic network data e.g., traffic counts, events, etc. on service behavior at a customer level, using that data to calculate user-defined key quality indicators KQI , thresh holding the indicator values to trigger alerts or other user defined actions, and allowing reporting on the collected and calculated data.

The process monitor uses VitalNet license checking feature to verify a license key and will shut down the processes using Navis Access event feature if the license key is not valid.
