• The NCM is a lotus notes basedapplication designed to allow the Country Support Organization CSO to providea tool for external dealers Business Partners to allow claims to be submittedand processed electronically.
• Different dealers will create claims onExcel spreadsheet template or CSV files or in the email body specially designedfor submitting claims, once the dealer has entered their claims they willattach the claims to an email and send it to this NCM which is a mailingdatabase.
• The inbound claims which are receivedfrom different dealers goes through the following steps by different scheduledagents.
• Categorizes the different inbound claims to correspondingclaim types like GSI, iSeries, CMTASC and different price protection claimsusing scheduled agent written in java agent using Apache POI classes.
