- Interviewed system users of a legacy Healthcare Billing system that is being replaced by a QNXT Billing and Membership system and transcribed their primary business into a formal Business Requirements Document, BRD, for signoff so the technical developers could create the application module for that function.
- Conducted Business Requirements meeting with users, wrote the BRD and reviewed the user's feedback in order to achieve a clear, declarative, plain English declaration of those requirements for signoff while substituting the user's traditional hierarchal references to relational database language.

- Developed a Commutation sub system including the business and technical requirements as part of an analysis of what reserves could be released. This system was implemented as a set of interactive Microfocus screen functions that were defined by a protocol.
- Evaluated, developed and identified procedures that supported STUMPS (Statistical Underwriting Management System) an underwriting entry system that issued and renewed policies for claims and general ledger so that statistics could be audited for performance, forecasting and profit analysis.
- Acted as an internal liaison between business and IT administering system changes and enhancements for four international systems i.e. Australia, Brussels, London and Singapore
- Analyzed and wrote modules to convert currencies in STUMPS replaced by the Euro.
- Rewrote the STUMPS End-Of-Day and End-Of-Month processes in order to standardize these processes among the four branches.
- Developed a module for locking and unlocking Technical Accounts System (TAS) transactions. Expanded that module's use to include Cash Book and Suspense items.
- Conducted annual security audits for each of the production branches.
- Rewrote a Large Loss Report system module for two purposes. The first to list all claims by company. The second pass was an overview of those claims with 'soft' selection parameters.
