The project is to migrate the recurring billing functionality for Argentina(LAC) region without affecting merchant's business and to enhance new recurring billing functionalities. The recurring billing application enables card member to pay their recurring bills automatically via American Express credit card. The card member needs to first enroll before availing this facility. The card member can enroll via some merchant like vodaphone, to pay monthly mobile bill via American express. On the other hand card member can enroll directly to American Express for particular merchant providing merchant details. The merchant can also choose to avail auto-enroll functionality, which does not require any prior enrolment before sending the settlement files to American Express.

A scheduled process within the EAI application will execute on a regular basis. The process will select candidate files for archiving based on the information store into the EAI tracking table.
