Single Product Flexibility (SPF) aimed to combine and present a single, seamless and consistent digital experience, across Internet and Mobile Thin/Thick applications, for US retail customers. This project was the first phase of SPF implementation allowing support for Credit Card-only users on CBOL. With this initiative, in addition to bank customers, credit cards users were able to login to one integrated site and manage their accounts online. This allowed increased availability of PFM tools, Marketing and Cross Sell opportunities.

Phase 3 aimed at redesigning Classic CBOL Dashboard to simplify and improve the customer experience by reducing site navigation through multiple flows. The consumer experience redesign was focused on the dashboard and contextualized activities that stem from it.
