Project Scope: Confidential is partnering with America's Promise, a youth development program founded by former Secretary of State Colin Powell. Their clients are corporations, financial institutions, governments and institutional investors worldwide. The bank primarily engages in generating deposits and originating loans. Its deposit products include savings accounts, money market, and time deposits. In this project we enhanced and modified the productivity of the credit card production core application to reduce the cost of application maintenance and improve productivity. The whole application process has been updated in order to meet the business requirements of the client. Re-designed the core credit card production and billing application, developed a process-centric approach to application maintenance, and provided enhanced documentation of the current system.
Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements are analyzed according to System specifications and to evolve a measurable Plan for the complete group.
