- Responsibilities divided between standard BSA functions, SDLC process documentation for the Project Management Office (PMO), and contributions to the BSA Center Of Excellence (COE) start up.
- Working as a BSA, I abstracted the functionality of a critical security system supported by Microsoft Access database, forms, modules, and queries into business requirements aimed at defining a replacement system supported by an SQL database and a Web user interface.
