Major Accomplishments:
Primary design, implementation and deployment analyst for the Philadelphia markets (Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey and Delaware) IP Network Infrastructure since 2002. Some tools mentioned above, coupled with my expertise, aided in the development of a network pruning and traffic-shaping strategy. These components were physically tested and installed into the production network, solely base on my statistical reports to upper management. Providing a higher QoS ratio ultimately lead to a more robust, resilient network without increasing bandwidth. In most cases, I personally installed the initial units to certify installation before going into production.
Sr. Project Manager and Design Consultant of PNC’s first network market conversion (Philadelphia) of legacy (SDLC/IBM mainframe) to a Frame-Relay TCP/IP network in 1999. A template of my project plan was used successfully in six other markets to aid in their conversions
