Responsibilities:
- I owned the user interface design and the development of the New MBOM tool this included the production launch of the “Add New” process flow for all VFBOM coordinator’s, which streamlined the ability to add new line items into MBOM and Sap from a single source. - Confidential 8.5 transition: I was responsible for working directly with the CMPO development team to support the migration to Confidential 8.5 platform. This included working with the primary support group to successfully solve problems created by the CMPO migration into the new version. This resulted in the successful migration and launch into the new platform without major incident. During that same time, I also worked to support the transition of the employee portal to the support staff ensuring a smooth transition. Mike received an SRA for this work.

Responsibilities:
- Purchasing Portal Redesign - Owned the user interface design and the development of the uplifted purchasing portal which was launched successfully and will be the gateway for all purchasing activities. The portal is accessed by anyone of the 100,000 Confidential employees and this project had high visibility within the organization.
- Reduced the migration schedule from 6 months to 2 months by applying automatic transformations on thousands of static HTML pages into XML that was consumable natively by the new system of record. Thus reducing the need for 3 heads and timeline by 4 months.
- Adjusted and obtained buy-off from key stakeholders on timeline to avoid potential resource conflicts; successfully delivered final product with no significant delays or rework.
- Project received a SRA for meeting all commitments while reducing the projected schedule by 4 months.
- Successfully trained and transitioned automation technology and vendor relationship role to existing technical lead with a seamless transition.
