SUMMARY:
- Seeking a position that will allow me to put my Project Management, System Analyst, Business Management and Programming experience to work. Understanding how to put an idea into a good end system no matter what languages you use is key for a Project Manager/Leader, Systems Designer, Analyst, and Developer. I was solely responsible for the Ground work, User Interface, Design and Developing systems for the RDA Division of Source Interlink Distribution Company. I communicated with the users to determine their needs and then put their needs into a Reliable, Fast and User friendly system that would do anything they desired.
- I worked with all users from Vice Presidents to End Users when designing systems. I gave them key input in ways to simplify their initial designs. I posed questions on what would happen IF. When working with Users you must have a good understanding of what is needed, why it is needed and then come up with ideas on how to make it better. In the Design stage, I showed them examples on how the system would work. I wrote SDLC documents that gave detail instructions on what they proposed and how I would design the product. People were eager to work with me and very happy with my results. (I can provide emails of past interactions that show their satisfaction).
- I have shown the ability to use HTML and object oriented languages to modify an existing project, but my main background is in large database environments using Cobol (VAX or CICS). In my opinion it is not good enough if you know how to code, but how to make a system simple, precise and easy to use. I have worked with computers from Confidential to Confidential to PC’s for 40 years. Anyone with Programming Language knowledge can write a program. I design Systems that exceed the expectations of the Company and the Users. User emails complementing my work and other s can be provided. See below submission while working for Confidential .
