- Windows 95 through Windows 10
- Network software installs
- Create new images for new pc’s and deploy images for existing pc’s using Acronis, Symantec Ghost, and PXE
- Active Directory: Create new user accounts, logins, e-mail accounts, manage user groups
- Ticketing systems
- Microsoft Office 2003 to current- proficient in use and training of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access
- Create help tickets for all incoming work orders. Document all calls, solutions, and recommendations.
- Escalate, and coordinate technical support resources for all help calls not resolved. Prioritize calls by importance.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
- Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment
- Development of training materials and procedures for employees.
- Provide training courses to employees in the proper use of hardware or software.
- Coordinate and maintain Technology Inventory Database and Hardware Loan Database.
