Daily Incidents and Requests to be handled and mail box to be monitored
Proactive Laptop Replacements for out of roadmap PCs.
Trouble shoot and fix issues related to Windows 7, windows 8.1 and Windows 10
Fix physical repairs with HP/Lenovo Laptops and Desktops
Co - ordinate with Lenovo Vendor for hardware fixes
Work with Network and Windows Services team to provide hands and feet support for network and WST related issues
Provided hands and feet support for Messaging team for Room Wizards
Collaborate across departments to resolve ongoing issues and address root cause analysis
Write technical procedures and documentation for applications, operations and policies and procedures
