  • Managed the calendar for the executive team and coordinated live meetings, video conferences and teleconferences. Provided personal calendar management and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • CAD drawings, 2D illustrations and vector art, and diagrams for patents, investor marketing and websites.
  • Conducted industry research on current events, finding persons of interest and their contact information, competitor and supplier information and market trends. Research was conducted through both web based searches and outbound cold call inquiries and digging.
