Ensure warehouse cycle counts are completed per company policy.
Coordinate scheduling with divisional personnel.
Analyze and report results, publishing corrective action plans as appropriate.
Tracks and analyzes product to include reporting on slow - moving, excess and or expired stock.
Develop new and maintain existing aged inventory reports (by customer and by division) to detect slow-moving excess and expired stock.
Update and review existing customer stocking agreements to ensure they are current and enforceable.
Maintain, monitor and review Inventory Stocking Agreements (ISA) on a monthly basis.
Discuss slow moving items with responsible sales personnel for follow-up with customer.
Document response and develop plan for the invoicing of product to customer or return to supplier, if necessary.
Review consignment warehouse on a quarterly basis.
Coordinate and review reconciliation of detail (perpetual) records to physical quantities.
Discuss slow moving items with responsible sales personnel for follow-up with customer.
