The purchase module is exclusively developed for accessories and starts with placing an order with the supplier. A back-end process was developed to automatically generate and assign a unique identifier for each order when the order is introduced/placed. On receipt of goods, quantity received is verified with the number of orders placed and verification process is triggered. This system also included development of purchase order, merchandise received, purchase returns, sales invoice, and sales returns reports.
