Federal Voting assistance Program

As a Lead Software Engineer for the SERVE Secure Electronic Registration and Voting Experiment online voting experiment for absentee voters. Mr. Rynearson worked with the Federal Voting Assistance program FVAP within the Department of Defense to develop an Internet Voting solution for the UOCAVA population, which included domestic and overseas US armed forces personnel, their dependents and overseas citizens who are away from their voting jurisdictions. Mr. Rynearson was Lead Software Engineer and BizTalk architect. His responsibilities also included Team lead for the coordination for the development of the Voter Registration Subsystem, integration of subsystems and Team Lead for SERVE Technical Architecture.
