In this project loans are sanctioned by finance organizations to the beneficiaries under various schemes and sub schemes depending upon the beneficiaries' needs and calculation of EMI is done on the amount sanctioned over the tenure of the loan.
• Collection of the demand amount is done as and when the beneficiary pays, of which appropriate amount is divided firstly towards penal interest, term loan interest and margin money interest and the remaining towards term loan and margin money principle according to their ratio.
