Project Description:

Citi Bank is one of the major banks in the world with its business spreading over 50 countries. Citi Bank issues credit cards in around 45 countries and in all the countries the credit card processing is done on a software product called VisionPlus. Each country has its own specific functionality which is embedded in a base version of Vision Plus. Citi Bank has its Business Analyst and Technical Teams in Singapore supporting their world wide VisionPlus businesses.

Citi Bank also has Functionality based teams working on specific functional areas. As part of my tenure at Citi, I have been working on Embossing, Direct Debit DD , Citi Alerts, Minimum Due and Statements Functionality's for all the countries and provided BAU support for Citi Italy and Citi Taiwan.

As a strategic planning of Household to maintain single version of Vision plus software across its business units, GOLDPLUS was formed to contain the base code plus the common customization across different business units. This code is then used by various Business units who would include their region specific customization's.

The WHIRL software has been developed by HI Household International to support all aspects of credit card processing including application processing, account processing, customer care, collections, authorizations, letters, interchange tracking and MIS reports. Household is enhancing WHIRL Worldwide Household International Revolving and lending system for their entire HSBC cards portfolio.
