• Managed the infrastructure integration of CMC’s recent acquisition of GAM Steel Service in Sunshine, Victoria, Australia with CMC requiring zero down-time and zero end user and customer impact.

Cost benefit analysis completed by location to compare legacy PBX systems and VoIP to prioritize CMC’s locations for VoIP migrations.
