Confidential is business solution group for PCNA, Frito Lay, Quakers and Tropicana which connects all the DC and Manufacturing sites through Cisco IP phones. They have more than 250 sites which need to be moved to VoIP environment. Right now there are 2 call managers with cluster version 4.1 and 6.1. Frito lay sites are going to 4.1 and Quakers sites are moving to 6.1. A total of 12000 devices make it the second biggest network in US.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the site document that contains Mac address, gateway information, voicemail, Analog phones, VG's paging and Gate info.
- Configuring the back end in the call manager.
- Configuring call manager for Paging and GateBox.
- Configuring the Analog gateway and PRI depend on the site requirement.
- Configuring the phone through BAT.
- Configuring the AA in unity and add the subscriber through Bulk import tool.
- Configuring Router configuration.
- Dropping the configuration in the router.
- On call with site contact, PRI provider (Confidential) at the time of cutover.
