- I configured the Oracle Fusion Middleware suite 11g, both R1 and R2, specifically the Oracle Identity Access Manager OIAM for integration with the Oracle R12 E-Business Suite after upgrade from E-Business 11i 11.5.10 . I installed and configured Oracle Access Manager OAM suite with particular implementation of Oracle Enterprise Gateway OEG Oracle Entitlement Server OES and Oracle Security Token Services OSTS to provide first line defense for some of the corporate SOA environments for security, governance, acceleration and integration. - The OSB was also used to provide management and service monitoring capabilities that is consumed by the automated user account creation and removal processes for On Boarding and Off Boarding in provisioning and de-provisioning of various activities. - This need to migrate provided me the opportunity to work with the business and IT teams to understand requirements and lead the business functional users in data modeling workflow sessions. - I provided contract support at the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI in the J. Edgar Hoover JEH Building in Washington D.C. I worked in a world of tiered hacking research specialists tasked with taking the lead on discovering and disclosing new vulnerabilities.
- I worked on the Investigative Data Warehouse IDW as one of the leading Senior Applications DBAs using Computer Associates' AllFusion ErWin to perform the logical and the physical data modeling. I provided clarifications on various business rule governance, dependencies and extensions on IDW metadata decay and life-expectancy. I worked on the data warehouse modeling and various dimension conformance needs. My hands-on involvement in the Oracle E-Business Suite Financial Architecture and Oracle Fusion Middleware also required development of Oracle Customer Hub and Product Hub. I used the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition OBIEE provided tool, the Data Warehouse Administration Console DAC to perform the deployment, administration, managing and monitoring of several ETL processes and data warehouse objects during the data in-gestation into the IDW. The need for high performance made the DAC a valuable tool during parallel loading to achieve 'full load' or 'incremental load'. The variety of data acquisitions from over a dozen sources made the DAC useful for creating custom ETL execution plans to accommodate various metadata-driven task dependencies and relationships as well as runtime metadata validation checks for integrity. The DAC task of loading data from one or more source tables into target tables via staging tables was constantly utilized.
- The task was mapped to the Informatica workflow, while the DAC provided the synchronization capabilities of the metadata between the DAC repository and the Informatica repository since the data access for the source tables and target tables of the Informatica workflow can be loaded into the DAC repository for use in the incremental loading, as well as bulk loading of the data warehouse. I also wrote a migration and test plan for upgrading the IDW to Oracle 10g and defined how a fact table and a dimension table are joined in OBIEE. I used Oracle Warehouse Builder OWB to take advantage of the enhanced capabilities of MOLAP data relations for the development of Oracle cubes and dimensions based on the Star schema versus the ordinary ROLAP.
- I used both top-down and bottom-up methodologies to provide architectural design and development of interactive dashboard capabilities based on multidimensional objects such as dimensions and slowly changing dimensions, hierarchies, measures and complex calculations that reside in Analytic Workspaces. The Analytic Workspaces are in turn administered by the Analytic Workspace Manager AWM . I configured the Oracle system global area SGA as well as memory structures affecting the size of the Oracle user's private global area PGA in order to conform to the best practices of not letting the SGA get larger than two-thirds the size of the server's physical RAM, thereby making sure the virtual memory is able to accommodate both the SGA and all the requirements of all the active processes on the client's server.
- As part of implementing overall Oracle Fusion Middleware 10g, I integrated several components of E-Business suite with the SOA environment to enable the FBI field agents with mobile browser based OAAM access via the Enterprise Service Bus ESB to provide different management levels performance for full ad hoc queries, quick drill downs, proactive intelligence and alerts, roll-ups, enterprise and financial reporting, real-time predictive business intelligence and disconnected analytics, of the applicable data sets pertaining to their compartmentalized responsibilities and agents' information department wide. I then integrated the OAAM device fingerprinting capabilities via ADF to take advantage of the unique single-use fingerprint mapping of OAAM to the device ID for each user session.
- I configured the Oracle Business Intelligence Server OBIS as the foundation of OBIEE Plus 8.x to generate queries optimized for each data sources. I then developed portals with easy-to-use dashboards and reports rendering to present the results to users within familiar Web browsers. OBIEE Plus 8.x was used to provide complete and relevant insight to everyone in the organizational infrastructure via Oracle BI-Data Warehouse Administration Console OBI-DAC , which in turn resulted in better business decisions, informed actions, with resulting efficient business processes throughout the whole organization and thereby lower total cost of ownership TOC .
- I used the Oracle BI-Publisher to create and develop highly formatted templates, reports, and documents such as government forms and agents' reports in a most efficient, most scalable reporting solution available for complex and distributed SOA environments. It provides a central SOA architecture using ESB for generating and delivering information to employees, managers and other department heads, securely and in the right formats that the users were already familiar with such tools as Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat for report layouts. Along with reporting capabilities, I wrote XML scripts to integrate Oracle Disconnected Analytics using Siebel Analytics 7.x for full capabilities and intuitive interfaces analytical functionality for the mobile agents, enabling interactive dashboards and ad hoc analysis to be done on a laptop computer while disconnected from the corporate network in offline mode. Then these disconnected and/or remote agent users can work with their personalized data and maintain all role-based security with intelligent synchronization of relevant data, analytic metadata, dashboards, and all saved selections occurs once a user reconnects to the enterprise network.

- I finished a Rapid Application Development RAD at Citibank, in Tampa, Florida to show proof-of-concept for the Project Accounting module in release 11.0. I used Designer, Developer 2000 to create Cost-Benefit and Requirement Analysis forms while linking some of the control blocks on the forms to HR tables. I linked the FND USER table to satisfy some of the customer's business requirements.
- I worked in Panama City, Panama to customize and developed the Panama Canal Commission PCC FinApps, version 10.7 and Smart Client modules. I resolved the responsibility problems that occurred due to wrongful implementation of the HRMS module without the payroll additions. I was the technical developer for the modifications on the AP and AR modules. I was the developer who installed and integrated the Headstart-4-Applications with the Designer 2000, in conjunction with the Applications Object Library AOL to make sure that all modifications made during customization will retain the look and feel of original modules. I also redesign the Panama Canal Commission PCC logo to include the Oracle FinApps logo whenever a user logins into Financial Applications. I wrote several tutorials with MS-PowerPoint to train the users in Flexfields concepts modules context diagramming. I used Oracle AIM technology to write and correct several MD-60s and 70s documents for different modules in the customization and interface areas using Aim Advantage 2.0 with applications implementation. I sat in on several justification and strategy meetings to map out best-of-breed products, project management and migration timetable.
- I worked in Brussels, Belgium on the Michelin contract to migrate and deploy the Oracle Financial data throughout the world. I modified and reformatted several reports destined for multi-country and multi-currency deployments on different modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- I worked on the M204 migration project for Saudi ARAMCO in Dharan, Saudi Arabia. This was a 100 generation migration/relocation of approximately one million lines of software code. The project involved the renovation of the modules that will not lend themselves to relocation and migration in a 100 generation environment. The primary tools used were Designer/2000, Developer/2000 and CDM Methodologies. I made decisions as to which modules should be renovated, as well as prioritize the timely delivery of the service orders.

I was involved in short-term projects such Relational Database modeling for the Immigration and Naturalization Service INS in California.
