Applicant has worked with SmartDog Services helping them on various assessment and design/ implementation engagements. Clients included different industries such as Toshiba, Weaver Popcorn, Goodman Networks and Kinetic Concept Incorporated (i.e. KCI Inc.). Specifically on the assessment work, Applicant analyzed the client’s current system and business process and offer leading practice recommendations tailored to the clients business. Applicant worked to help design, deliver and support a global Oracle implementation. Applicant served as the Order Management/ CRM/ Project Accounting lead for the design, build, and deployment of an Oracle EBS R12 system and business process solution for a client in the oil and gas industry; the client name was NATCO which standing for National Tank Company. This project was roughly 18 months in duration and involved full suite of Oracle R12 applications. The project started with a global proof of concept of system, process evaluation and improvement thru multiple testing cycles, ending with a successful implementation of the company\'s US operations. Functional ownership included order management, shipping execution, advanced pricing, field service, and project accounting Oracle applications and also included integration to other areas of the business. The solution developed for the US is being rolled out to other non-US countries. The goal was to standardize processes and systems across globally. Confidential, Oracle ERP Implementation, OM Team Lead/ Manager, April 2005 – January 2007. Applicant implemented Oracle applications and integrated legacy systems to Oracle for a global consumer manufacturer named US Gypsum. As the global Oracle application footprint was large, the client\'s direction was to implement in phases, first the manufacturing backend and then the CRM front end. The end product of the first phase was to have the manufacturing facilities live on Oracle and have their customer service center perform CRM activities on legacy systems. This integration was complex and required a complete understanding of how their legacy systems operated in order to build a seamless system. Responsibilities included designing, configuration, RICE design and management of tasks related to the integration in the areas of Oracle order management, pricing, and trading community architecture that required an in-depth understanding of their legacy system.

Applicant helped implement Oracle applications for a pharmaceutical client, named Otuska Pharmaceutical needing an integrated system. As manufacturing and order entry functions were outsourced, the client relied on many paper-based processes and manual report consolidation from different "home-grown" sources to obtain their financial standing. A critical project goal was the ability to report these financial metric at their discretion by mimicking the outsourced manufacturing and order entry transactions and maintain inventory balance, report costs, etc. in-house. This removed their dependence against their subcontracted partners and provided more company control. By successfully building an integrated Oracle system together, the client was able to maintain their virtual manufacturing environment and financial reporting in one integrated system. Applicant\'s role on the project was the manufacturing and order management lead. Some of his responsibilities included applications configurations, built and tested enhancement to support the virtual manufacturing environment, designing RICE, redefined processes and educated end user resources for ownership of the new system. In an effort to implement Oracle globally, Applicant helped a travel services client, named TravelPort, design their future state architecture during a proof of concept phase. This phase was to confirm the global application footprint and to initially develop solutions related to client design concerns. At the end of this phase the client was able to better understand how the system would work globally and continue to build upon solutions during the implementation phase.
