Confidential Initiative was to bring all these local HR system under one umbrella and single HR Instance worldwide. Project required to bring Core HR related activities and employee HR Processes using people soft HR Module. Activates involved were understanding each countries HR system's, Setting Up Core HR Table's Set id Jobcode Location configuration's.
