Project Name: REO Conversion
Client: Confidential,Texas,USA

Role: Sr. Developer
Environment: Cognos Impromptu, Powerplay Transformer, and Oracle Application Express
Project Description
CREST Default and Collections support the non-performing serving needs of CMI, CTB, CFMC, NET and CHE Real Estate loans. As of April 2006, Wholesale Direct loans were originated on CFI and boarded to Citilink as CMI loans. Those loans, which exceed the ‘Citi Initiative’ rate threshold criteria, are serviced on Citilink using existing CFMC Default/Collections Servicing staff and policies.
At this time, the CFMC reporting infrastructure in place by various business reporting supports groups, which uses data from MortageServ via multiple paths. Most of those applications do not have a data path to them to obtain the Citi Initiative data that now resides in Citilink and DRI. This creates a critical gap in reporting as the mortgageserv platform was converted to Citilink as of July 4, 2008. The business needs this history data loaded into MAP.
