As Database Administrator, I support all administrative applications. The environment included Oracle, Linux, Windows, and SunGard-SCT Banner 7.x and 8.x. I was responsible for Oracle and administrative application upgrades and patches, database backup, recovery, monitoring and performance tuning. I wrote queries, updates and reports using C, SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts and Oracle Forms. Also updated Banner Self Service WebTailor\'s labels too.

Installed and maintained vendor supplied and custom-written enterprise information systems hosted on centrally maintained enterprise servers. Designed and developed technical solutions to business problems. Consulted with end users to ensure that the data and capabilities needed are fully specified.
