ORACLE NATIONAL SECURITY GROUP:

  • As an Application Developer, Confidential is a member of an agile scrum development team. He performs UI development in a Linux VM using Eclipse, Weblogic, AngularJS, Bootstrap, node.js and GIT. He provides code in support of customer demos that take place at the conclusion of each two week sprint cycle.
  • As an Application Developer, Confidential was responsible for software maintenance and upgrades using java, spring framework, struts and Aspect Oriented Programming. This is a customer-facing position that interacts directly with a diverse customer base to determine required updates and enhancements to a production system.
  • As a software developer and Oracle Application Server Admin, Confidential maintained and performed software updates to a web-based financial management system.. He administered the Oracle Application Server 10g and the Oracle Portal software including installation, troubleshooting, and critical patches. He maintained JSP's, HTML, and custom java code and SQL queries within the Struts 1.X and IBATIS frameworks.

As a software developer, Confidential designed and implemented Oracle Configurator Extensions as well as a custom JAVA application using the Configurator API CIO and Oracle 10g Database. He managed the software baseline using ClearCase/ClearQuest

LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION:
  • As a Software/Asst Lab Manager, Confidential used Java and Business Process Modeling tools to build a prototype in support of a situational awareness concept effort. He installed and maintained Google Earth Server/Google Maps software and organized and participated in customer workshops to verify goals, direction, and future system needs. He was responsible for evaluating, selecting, purchasing, maintaining software and hardware that was used to build the system.
  • As an operations engineer on a USTRANSCOM project, Confidential supported the Global Transportation Network GTN program by analyzing system anomalies and supported performance capacity testing.
  • As an Interface Developer, Confidential developed interfaces to extract, transform, and load data between database systems and utilized TOAD and SQLPLUS to assist functional analyst by providing sample data resulting from complex queries.
  • As an associate software engineer on a project for DoD, Confidential supported the Defense Message System program by rewriting old C code, writing InstallShield scripts and running regression testing on all patches prior to them being deployed into the production environment.

As Vice President, Confidential formed partnerships with community organizations such as College Summit to engage in service activities. He ran chapter meetings and spoke on behalf of the chapter in the absence of the President. He organized various chapter events, the fiscal budget and was in charge of the executive committee and successful chapter operations. He also created the chapters' first disaster recovery plan.
