- Established and coordinated a 12 person foundation working group of technical experts to ensure a cost effective integration process for the Mission Computer Upgrade of the E-2C Hawkeye aircraft through the incorporation of existing hardware and software.
- Surveyed actual and potential Joint Tactical Information Data System JTIDS users for their long range communications requirements. These included a number of potential applications of the system which had not been previously offered to the respective communities. After correlation of the data, developed a plan to coordinate warfare communities' efforts to get project funding.
