Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support for integrations between Windstream and Taleo Recruiting. These include 8 daily files we send to Taleo and a new hire file we receive from Taleo. I developed, support, and enhance the process that takes new hires from Taleo and adds them into PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll.
  • Responsible for day-to-day support of PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll including enhancement requests, application of PeopleSoft patches, and performance issues. We are on version 9.2, PeopleTools 8.55

The interface assigns the next available employee ID and inserts into more than 25 PeopleSoft tables to automate the hiring process. This custom process handles both new hires and rehires and includes personal data, job data, payroll setups, T&L enrollment, leave plans and email notifications.
